LIFE PACE, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, is a senior health plan that provides quality medical, social and home care services to Tulsa-area seniors who prefer to remain living at home, but need support to do so safely.
All-Inclusive Senior Health Plan
LIFE PACE participants are personally cared for by an interdisciplinary team which includes a LIFE PACE physician, as well as specialists from a panel of LIFE PACE providers. The common sense approach that the LIFE PACE team uses to provide medical care and support services helps keep people in their homes so that they can be near friends and family. It is the hands on approach based on individualized patient attention that makes LIFE PACE unique from every other long-term care option.
Additionally, LIFE PACE relies on forming vital partnerships with caregivers, allowing families to be actively engaged in their loved ones care. The LIFE PACE team provides the helping hands so important to the health and well-being of aging adults.

LIFE PACE Locations
LIFE Senior Services recently announced that its Central Adult Day Health program, near 31st Street and Sheridan Road, is now an Alternative Care Site for LIFE PACE. With Central being an Alternative Care Site, participants can now attend Adult Day Health at either Central or North, and receive their medical care and therapies at the PACE Center.
One of the many benefits of PACE is transportation. Qualifying participants in the LIFE PACE program are transported to and from LIFE's Adult Day Health/LIFE PACE Center, the new LIFE PACE Alternative Care site near 31st and Sheridan, and all medically-necessary appointments on an as-needed basis.
